Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate marketing team. In this role, you will generate new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive property sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Possess a valid driving license.
  • Own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
  • Have a smartphone for work-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest and schedule site visits.
  • Coordinate and manage site visits, ensuring a professional and positive client experience.
  • Present and demonstrate real estate projects effectively, highlighting key features and value propositions.
  • Provide consultative guidance to clients by addressing queries, concerns, and investment objectives.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in real estate sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of the real estate market, property types, and applicable regulations.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and stay organized.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
