Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate marketing team. In this role, you will support the sales team by generating leads, managing initial client inquiries, and preparing the groundwork for sales conversions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to provide potential clients with accurate and timely information.
Mandatory Requirements
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
- Have a smartphone for work-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls professionally, providing accurate information about real estate projects.
- Initiate outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the database of prospective clients with accurate information.
- Allocate leads to sales managers/executives and collect feedback to improve lead quality.
- Record client feedback during interactions to support post-site visit follow-ups and overall customer satisfaction.
- Generate MIS (Management Information System) reports and assist in other pre-sales activities as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or pre-sales support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate projects, property features, and market trends.
- Ability to handle client queries, objections, and initial stages of the buying process.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple leads, schedule follow-ups, and coordinate with teams.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
