Role Overview
We are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team as Project Sales Managers. If you are passionate about real estate sales and dedicated to providing exceptional service from the initial client interaction to after-sales support, we want to hear from you. As a Project Sales Manager, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets, managing a sales team, and overseeing all sales activities related to assigned projects.
Mandatory Requirements
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
- Have a smartphone for work-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect Engagement: Initiate and manage discussions with prospective clients, understand their needs, and provide relevant project information.
- Site Visits: Organize and conduct site visits for potential buyers, showcasing properties and addressing any queries.
- Home Loan Assistance: Assist clients in navigating the home loan process, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth transactions.
- Registration and Documentation: Oversee the registration process, manage necessary paperwork, and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- After-Sales Services: Provide exceptional after-sales service, addressing any post-purchase concerns and maintaining client relationships.
- Sales Task Management: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
- Target Achievement: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, regularly monitoring performance and making necessary adjustments.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing training, support, and motivation to ensure high performance.
